To Claim Rebate:

• When you purchase a Yukon Winter Bundle between the dates of November 15, 2016 and January 16, 2017 you are eligible for a Manufacturer Rebate from Yukon Gear & Axle®.
• This offer is valid for purchases between November 15, 2016 through January 16, 2017 only.
• Mail the completed rebate form, including part numbers, all requested information and a legible copy of the sales receipt, including purchase location and date to the address below.
• Envelope must be postmarked by January 31, 2017.
• If you have not taken delivery of your items by January 16, 2017, you must submit a rebate form and sales receipt by January 31, 2017.
