- On litigation, the International Snowmobile Manufacturers Assocation (ISMA), the BlueRibbon Coalition (BRC), and the American Council of Snowmobile Associations (ACSA) have moved to intervene in the four lawsuits. We will have a seat at the table during the legal process in both Wyoming and Washington D.C.
- An important change for next season is the Sylvan Pass issue. The City of Cody, Park County and the State of Wyoming have been successful in getting Yellowstone National Park to agree to some very important recommendations that will allow, if accepted, the East Gate to remain open for winter access.
