I have a HJ75. Jan 1990 model with the 2H engine.

its minus 4 centigrade outside and im trying to get to my swivel hubs.

Unfortunately i'm stubbed at getting the brake backing plate off. the flexihose is what is cheesing me off.

See the picture

at what point am i suppose to take it off at. ive been trying at point A and i cannae get it off.

Do i have to cut the flexihose?

1;If you undo the stub axle tube bolts , turn the stearing to full lock, you can usualy twist the backing plate to the side and over the axle.
2; To remove the brake line, use a 10mm flare nut spanner and undo the nut under (B) remove metal clip, then you can undo (A)
