The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Rock Springs Field Office is putting a temporary hold on the Rock Springs Resource Management Plan (RMP) revision process for approximately 10 months. The temporary hold will allow for the completion of the Wyoming Greater Sage-Grouse Land Use Plan Amendment and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) in mid-December 2014, thereby eliminating the potential need for a supplemental EIS to include the sage-grouse amendment into the no action alternativ
