The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Pinedale Field Office is seeking public comments on the environmental assessment (EA) for the Boulder Landscape and Transportation Plan (BLTP). The BLM proposes to renew 16 livestock grazing permits for 18 allotments in the 100,600 acre BLTP area south and east of Boulder, Wyo. The BLM also proposes to develop and implement a travel management plan for the same area; an estimated 320 miles of trails and roads currently intersect it, and new ones are regularly being created
