The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Buffalo Field Office (BFO) has announced the release of a Draft Resource Management Plan (RMP) and supporting Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a 90-day public review. The planning area for the project includes Campbell, Johnson, and Sheridan counties. The BLM will only make decisions on lands that fall under the BLM's jurisdiction. BLM-administered surface totals approximately 782 thousand acres, and federal mineral estate totals 4.8 million acres.
