WTT: 99 Suby for a locked, clean 80

I have a 1999 Subaru Impreza RS, Silverthorn Metallic, 2 door, new clutch, stock 5 spokes (desirable), new Hawk HPS brake pads up front (rears are fine), new H&R sport springs on V5 STi struts, WRX 20mm rear sway bar, 19mm front, new Kumho ECSTA SPT's, new paint (got some hail damage while I have owned it and had the entire body fixed by insurance comp. recommended shop. Repainted all except front and rear bumpers skins...have all paperwork on it), Weapon R intake, Weapon R fuel pressure regulator, Borla header, stock rest-of-the-exhaust, Unorthodox Racing underdrive main pulley, trunk light kit, short shifter, very clean, no mechanical problems whatsoever. The front and rear bumper skins have some rash, but thats it. 105000 miles. oil changed regularly with only Mobil 1 synthetic. Synthetics throughout. Well taken care of. Previous owner was a Mercedes and high end auto mechanic. Have lots of previous records on it from his ownership. Cars worth is about $8000.

What Im looking for:

A stock, clean FZJ80 (4.5L) with factory lockers and decent mileage. I am located in TN. Looking for a straight up trade.

If I had two locked FZJ's I'd probably be interested as the Suby's seem to be hard to find around here.

But alas, I do not have two.
