As the title says, I am looking for a diesel 60/80. It must either be titled/registered in the US or be able to do so. I would say my limit is $20K though (sorry Michael, I would love to have any of your rigs!). It must be 99% or more RUST FREE. If you have one, or know of one, PM me. I will be asking for extensive pics and details, so be prepared! Otherwise, I'll have to build myself one... :)

Also, check out Outback Imports. They occasionally bring in an HJ60 that is 25 years old or older. For 20K, Global Classic Imports can get you into a squeaky clean diesel 40 series, if that's something you might consider... Mostly NZ trucks. Maybe can get you a HJ60 too.

thanks will check it out. No 40, I already have a 70. Just need something I can take on family expeditions.

I have a 1983 BJ60 for sale. (well i am about to list it) It was originally an FJ60 from Colorado that i bought in 1998 and converted it to a 3B/5spd last year. It came from the US, so it is very easily registered again there. Let me know if you are interested and want more info/photos. However, to say that it is 99% rust free would be a lie. In fact if you can find any North American cruiser 99% rust free....tell me where and i will buy one too. Mine is in very good shape that will last for years to come.

Price $15,000usd.
