Harbor Freight Tools - Quality Tools at the Lowest Prices

I was at the local HF the other day and they had the same bins on a double-sided rack on wheels, double the number of medium and small bins, on sale for the same price as the one in the link. It doesn't show up on their web site though.

Grainger Industrial Supply has a pile of storage bin racks (I searched 'storage bin system' and storage bin') that will give you some ideas. I have their corrugated cardboard bins in a couple of steel shelving racks, seemed to be the most cost effective way to have a buttload of bins. I don't get into them every day so I didn't want to spend big bucks to have metal or plastic bins. Think of the cheap stamped steel shelf units that bolt together with lots of shelves, about 8 inches apart. The cardboard bins are designed to work with these shelves, so when you pull the bin out it hangs at the edge unless you lift up the bin to remove it.

Shelves- Material Handling > Racks, Shelving and Workbenches > Racks and Accessories > Store All,6 Shelves : Grainger Industrial Supply (I don't believe these include bins)
Bins- Material Handling > Storage > Corrugated Shelf Bins and Dividers > Bin Box,Corrugated : Grainger Industrial Supply (come in different sizes and dividers are available)

Also saw a nice good-sized rack of plastic bins at Costco today, I believe they were going for around $140. I don't see them at costco.com, so it might be a local thing.
