Wits End - they’ve stopped answering emails. (1 Viewer)

I bought something from Wits End on 18 June, emailed on 24June and was told they expected to have my item ready the following week. Since then I’ve sent 2 emails, neither of which got a response.
I can’t find a phone number for this business, anyone here have info on Wits End or if the business is closed??

I’m about ready to just do a credit card charge back but wanted check here first.

I completely agree, surely hope this wasn't all of a sudden or anything. He gave no indication in June that there was an issue or competing family concerns that would delay the order.

Now that I found him on instagram, it does appear he's been active. To be honest that's kind of annoying given that I ordered something almost a month ago and he stopped responding to emails after June 25th. I do see his wife is sick, which is terrible. I lost my brother to cancer.....horrible times for sure. Hopefully he responds to my instagram message and we can get to the bottom of it.

Yea it's been ongoing for months and appears to be touch-n-go day to day. I think he messes with development of products to distract himself from the realities of the situation when he can find time not being spent bedside in a hospital. Hopefully you get some resolution.
