Wiring help needed

Since I now own FUBAR's FJ40 with the FJ62 engine, I may need some serious assistance with completing the wiring for this project.

Anyone out there willing, and able to lend a hand, or take it on, or drink beer and laugh whilst I do it?

I'll have more details on exactly what needs to be completed, later tonight, once I get it home.

Let me know when your ready and i'll see if I can help out. YOu have a fuel pump figured out? and fuel lines? Other than that to start it if you have the complete engine harness mostly all your gonna need is hot to key and fuel relay stuff. I have an FJ62 wiring schematic. The speed sensor and neutral safety shouldn't be needed just yet to fire it up.
The main loom for the engine is all self contained. the other looms that need to be addressed are O2 sensors, there are 2 on this engine one per 3 cylinders. and the last loom is the one that went under the dash to pull ignition hot speed sensor etc.. Look at what you have and report back.

Erik, thanks! I will know much more tonight when I sit down with Scott and get all the details as to what is still left to do in the engine bay, and then what all is in the piles of boxes that I already hauled out of his garage.

I believe he had a fuel pump already figured out, but I do have a MSD high pressure pump from a previous project of mine, that may work.

I'll post back soon as I know more, and appreciate the offer to help.

He has done a lot of work on this thing, and does not need too much more to get it on the road. I would like to get it on the road as soon as I can.

I can also give you a hand - let me know a night or such - It will just depend on the kids schedule and my work schedule.

Don't know much about the cruiser wiring - but I have figured out lots of other wiring issues with hot rods - boats and such - one thing that stumps a lot of people is LED turnsignals - they need a zero load blinker / relay to make them work...

I got it home, and by the looks of it, will not take too much more of the wiring to get it started. LOTS more to complete on other things, but once I get the motor running, the rest will be fine. Started ordering parts today. Gas tank is first on the list.
