Winch parts needed

I'm rebuilding an old Warn M10000 winch. Needing a few used parts. Already checking with Warn but new prices are killing me.

Remote control with metal toggle switch. 3 or 5 pin plug

Solenoid cover with plug socket for remote. (Even a cracked cover with plug would help)

Winch rope. Nice condition take off cable, 3/8" x 125' or close to this or let me know if you have a deal on some synthetic 3/8" rope.

Hawse roller fairlead or the kind without rollers for synthetic rope.
