Should not be too hard, just remember to take your time.....and dont add too much beer. Many a snapped of bolt resulted from the consumption of adult beverages. :whoops:

Steve is not a bad guy... and his advise is spot on...

plus he has the top gun sound track on his Ipod... for real dude!!! and not just DANGER ZONE... the whole album...

lighten up!!

I am doing all the work on the truck. I used a torque wrench. Poser - can you answer a question without being a **** please! Chill out man, just shootin some questions around here.

"Don't belive me?"

No I don't

"If you were in my club and I knew you had only 4 bolts holding the flywheel together. You would be riding in someones rig or not going at all. There is no excuse for ignorance when going with a group. You will ruin their day and yours."

See below.

"So when you ask a question and you get an answer that sounds a little to harsh. Take it seriously. There is no chilling out."

I would take it much more seriously if the advice didn't include sarcasm and ridicule.

Lighten up Francis...

Poser is not a newb - he knows his stuff. Listen to what he says. He is in the group with a few other guys here on MUD who I won't question. I read his threads all the time and learn a ton.

If you can't take the wee bit of heat here head over to Pirate - they will treat ya right.

Uh, Principals hand out awards and get their picture taken, VICE Principals do the dirty work. Now which position best suits Steve?:D

Ed

Yeah I guess your right!

Fixed...

cant believe it some people on this site rather spend 5 hours fixing something then spend a dime and do it right. just fix the f..king thing and do it right quite doing thing half ass or is that the way you live

Nice job fixing your rig.

when ever old bolts are used its a gamble...most cases it works without an issue...but then you have some that ...well ...give you problems.

Was this your 1st attempt at using an easyout?

You're right it was a gamble, I just didnt want to wait a week to get the bolts! Silly I guess but thanks for the part numbers Poser, I brought them with me to the dealer when I ordered and they weren't the same numbers he looked up and the numbers you found were the right ones.

Count me in for another broken flywheel bolt. I ran it this way for a few trips, and a few rides around town before I knew. And who knows how long the PO ran it w 5 bolts (based on other things Ive found going through the truck for past few years).
