Wilco Hitchgate High-Clearance Tire carrier

So after a long back-order wait from Jegs my Wilco Hitchgate High-Clearance tire carrier arrived!

It came in two pieces and was pretty simple and straight forward assembly.

You insert receiver and expand stability wedge through the outer 2 inch receiver hole with ratchet socket, then attache the swing-arm at the right hinge point...

At full open when it hits the stop it is still not at the side of the truck!

This is in the closet whole to the vehicle, and the back gate barely clears the swing arm!

With the relocation for the license plate and I added my new GXOR sticker and Wilco sticker...

285/70/17 barely fits without spacer or Wilco extension...
