Y'all wanna try and get together August 25 & 26th?

Looks like I'll be stabbing the tranny combo, fitting the tranny cover (BFH) and with any luck mounting my camper on a 36' gooseneck that probably won't make it through the gate at FN, much less to the camping area :D

I'll plan on smokin' a butt or a brisket for that weekend too.
 
mmmm. I'll be there! It's hard to believe it's already August. I can bring a cheesy corn bake if'n you'd like. Will anyone have an SWR meter?

I still have my destructions some where in my tool box.

I'm not 100% sure I can make that weekend, maybe just one day. Since we close on the house the 17th we'll be asses and elbows knocking down a wall, scraping popcorn and painting so we can have it ready for move in around the 3rd week of September.
 
This still happening? Would be nice to get some work done and have some extra hands when needed :grinpimp:

Depending on when ya'll eat Wendy and I might be able to stop working on the house to stop by and say hello and bring the grooving iron.
 
I'm in, let me know if you need anything else besides drinks. I can get some variety packs of gatorade at Sams if sounds good. I'll even freeze some for ya Mike A.

I should even have my bumper all painted by then, we got a lot more done yesterday. So I will be there for moral, gopher, supervisory support.
 
Sounds like a plan- Im going to make some longer shackles, and take some leaves out and see if we cant get that tippy bastard a lil lower- I think my knees are getting arthritis from all the jumping in and out of it!:confused:
And as long as you have ur bumper there- im good with frozen drinks :D

Dont know about the move yet, I am still waiting to find out if I got the job. If I do go, its actually in Alabama. I am hoping to get the job but dont know for sure what will happen. They were lookin for a lot of experience that I did not have.

Well, if I dont get the job, I will be staying in Wichita and going back to school.

If I stay here, Iwill have a wedding to be at in Sept. in MO. Isnt there a run at Flat Nasty in Sept.??????????? I almost thought about hauling my rig down to the wedding with me. :bounce:

Yep, just south of Rolla .... I'll have a room on the gooseneck if you think you can make it... the date is in the sig line.

I will have to check the date on the wedding for sure but if it is that same weekend, Yeah, I will most likely try to tote along.

I will PM you on that or call you to discuss it more once I know for sure what the date is.

Gota see how ever thang gits fixd at my place too. got back frum Colo. Sun. Story TBW...Head gasket leakin on Hot Dog. Don't reckon I could do Flat Nasty pukin antifreez. So gotta git that fixd. Derrick got the ol engin outa Crusty Cruiser. Gotta git ta othr un stabd.
Pickd up a bikini top out ta the LC Ralley in Lakewood fer cheap. Prolly rip it on tree knowin me....
