you have it lucky my dog prefers wires over everything else.
funny, when my puppy sees a pencil, its like waving crack infront of a crack head.

Ever chew on a pencil? Ever chew on an old, dry bone? Which did you prefer?
How would you know what an old dry bone tastes like?

Mine eats them. I will say the box of crayons he got a hold off made for a colorful time with the pooper scooper.

I take calcium pills on occasion, I've chomped on ribs and turkey bones on occasion, I can extrapolate that out to guess what old dry bones taste like.

I don't 'let' my dog eat pencils - he steals them and goes off somewhere to enjoy them. With myself being a graphic artist, my girl being an art student/visual artist, and me having a 7 year old daughter who draws a lot, there's no way to keep them away from him.
