Been kind of quiet here. Post up what you have been working on. I did the PHH repair on daughters 80 Monday. NOT fun. IF i did it over I would have done a bypass on it. Big thanks to adam for help on this. His arms were a little longer than mine.

Switched out the line on my winch with the synthetic stuff I bought last fall. Got tired of it sitting in the seat. Also got a replacement base for the TMAX that I put on at the same time.

I have a base of a front bumper from Justin "Case" but I have not figured out how I want to "hoop" it up in the front for more protection. Will have to come up with some ideas for that at some point.

I'm adding the air lines from both axles to the tank and with any luck getting the new carpet in the 60. and starting the slider mock up. Should be a good weekend!

Just got back from Ouray, Co and a week of trail driving.

Now time for repairs...Front knuckle rebuild, birfs are really clicking bad now. Steering box rebuild due to leaking. I am also considering re-gearing (4.88's) and going to 35's...

The 40 is still a work in progress, hope to at least be able to trailer it to SMORR in Sept. don't know if it will be trail ready or not, we'll see:meh:

Working on getting a job:meh:

Been working on everyone else's stuff and trying to find the right woman... :)

Besides that takin care of stuff around the property. Hope to get squared away enough to start wheelin, but with no second vehicle anymore besides the cruiser, kinda worries me.

My full width spring hangers were burned in today! :)

4.7 Transfer Case Install

Put it a 4.7 Transfer case yesterday.

Everything thing went good until I noticed (after the fact ) that somewhere between my chest and the output shaft the gasket has fell onto the floor. Luckily I only had a few bolts holding the TC. I had put the shifters back on to make sure it was shifting ok.

I had purchased an 2 extra metric bolts to make gasket studs to help align it, however 2 of them had the wrong pitch. So I tried to do it without them.

I'm going to try it again tonight with the correct studs. It should go much better. As I was putting the bolts in I was thinking how well the gasket holes were lining up. I guess I should have known better.

Once again Rum and wrenching don't mix.
