found one on-line, so far with minor tweeking, it is making the house smell awsome.

Oh my.....
Go heavy on the garlic and the onion and chili powders, to die for..
And make sure you chop enough onion and cilantro for garnish. I will do this again (hope with the same result) Mmmmmm.
Oh, and used a Costco pork tenerloin sub for the shoulder.

Not only did it look good, but it tasted good. Used a pork roast and braised it. Soft, tender, and added chicken broth instead of the pork broth.
