I’m making a video on my ironman FCP lift and I want to know if any of you guys that have been running them for years have had any issues? Anyone had them over 5 years (with or without a rebuild)? Any complaints?

I've had mine on for 2 years and have a couple thousand off road miles on them. So far, so good. No complaints. They've treated me well even with the truck loaded down.

I've had them for <1 year but love them. Biggest complaints are:

1. Instructions kind of suck - especially for the 470 as the washer setup the recommend for the rear upper shock mounts is 460 specific and does not work.
2. No stickers or T-shirts with the purchase! Seriously, pretty much every automotive upgrade comes with a sticker set except for Ironman :).

I'd absolutely get them again. I love the way my GX drives, especially on rough gravel roads, where the FCP suspension is brilliant at speed.

got mine FCP going for 3rd year with less than 20k miles.
drive great, dampening seem to be awesome when now I run no swaybar. recently found out FCP is also consider "extended". No leakage on strut as I am moderate offroad/overlanding.
Rear struts been on the entire time with 2" lift and one spring 1" spacer.

Front is at 2.5" and has been warranty replaced twice. 1st when passenger coil ring not locked and IM think need to be replaced. 2nd is when driver strut rub against the spring (maybe bent strut).

I like the cost effectiveness of IM FCP. so even with those replacements I still love it. FCP struts drives so nice on my heavy rig at 6500+ weight.

I think it is also serviceable at 30k miles or so.

Appreciate the insight. That's really interesting that you warrantied twice and both were what sounds like mechanical issues rather than leaking. Did they pre-assemble them for you or did you/your mechanic assemble them?

I bought it pre-assembled. when it was warranties, they were built at IM. somewhat glad that I bought it pre-assembled to take out any issues with warranty.

Ironman is good at customer service. I am now on this new front coil set for >5k miles without issues so far.

I put about 55K miles on my Iron man FCP setup over the course of 1.5 years. No leaks, no issues and rode great on and off road. I sold it to someone else when I put the GX back to stock to sell it and as far as I know they have had no issues. I liked it so much I purchased a FCP setup for my 100 which I actually will be installing tomorrow.
