Hi all,
Ocassionally I head up to my moms and was looking for good places to wheel around Blacksburg. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a good friend up there in a J**P club and has a few spots but apparently they rarely wheel with that club. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is a pretty fun trail up 460 about ten minutes towards W.VA. You can also get to it by going down bobcat rd until the end, and then turning left at the end of the road and kinda driving through what seems like someones driveway and you end up at the trail. I forget the name of the road on the 460 side, i think if you google it the club has some info about it on the net. Its mostly some water holes, a little loose hill climb, and a big hill of coal dust to play on.

cool deal. sounds like it is near Pandapolis pond.

There are some trails near mountain lake. Look for White rocks along the appalacion(sp) trail. its directly accross the dirt road. its a good 40 minutes from B'burg, but thats mostly driving up the mountain to mountain lake. In the DeLorme atlas is on pg 41, A5, War spur and chestnut trail. There are a lot of roads for hunting, that all interconnect. I still got lost for a little while.
