Where to stay in Knoxville???

We will be traveling through TN and will be staying the night in Knoxville and then getting up early and headed further east. Where should we stay so that the girls and I and the stuff in the truck are safe? Prefer to stay close to the interstate if possible. Thanks

Went there last summer. Can't remember where we stayed, but I don't remember ever feeling unsafe in that town.
