What kind of bumper/winch is this?

I'm new to the site because I'm trying to determine the manufactor of this bumper. It's definately not an ARB. I suspect that it's custom and that's why it fits so far into the frame.

Any help would be appreciated.

That looks like a BENT UP bumper.

Thes guys hang out at TTORA and I think are from the Bay area. I've seen them flying down hwy99
enroute to wherever. I bet it is job by Bent Up. Nice rigs.
