Bias ply tires are a bit of a commitment. But they grab off road and look great. I've got Super Traxion STA 700-15 tubeless on mine. Made in USA.I was just curious to whats on your cruiser now. because I eventually want to go back to an oem style bias ply.
Where did you buy the mirror?Installed a new rear view mirror.
Old one was shaky and loose.
Boy are they tough to snap in.
Had to use a Big **as rubber mallet.
To get the final spring in.

I’ll be visiting Cruiser Valhalla in early March. So frigging excited. Oh and to answer the post question. Finally finished the rain gutter thingy, took a long time to get the fit correct. Put a coat of primer on it so there’s some paint between it and the fiberglassFinally had the opportunity to check out the Land Cruiser Heritage Museum in SLC. Really awesome display of Land Cruiser history! Thanks @cruiserdan for the hospitality! Of course I was partial to the 71 and 73 FST’s.

I finished re-installing my radiator with all new hoses and a heater union pipe (so hopefully working heat now), and figured I’d center my steering wheel and diagnose my intermittent horn.
I pulled the horn button off to find a very, very loose steering wheel nut!

My horn did work, but seemingly only when my 5 yr old son presses it.Does your horn work? And the ONLY reason I ask is because am missing something on my 67 to make the horn work...I added an auxiliary horn button ...
I got mine at the Hi-Lo auto parts store in 1980.The elusive Chilton manual has arrived. It looks brand new. Ordered used off Amazon. Similar things as the Haynes and FSM, of course…with some different details on some things after first glance.
