I was just curious to whats on your cruiser now. because I eventually want to go back to an oem style bias ply.
Bias ply tires are a bit of a commitment. But they grab off road and look great. I've got Super Traxion STA 700-15 tubeless on mine. Made in USA.

The elusive Chilton manual has arrived. It looks brand new. Ordered used off Amazon. Similar things as the Haynes and FSM, of course…with some different details on some things after first glance.

Finally had the opportunity to check out the Land Cruiser Heritage Museum in SLC. Really awesome display of Land Cruiser history! Thanks @cruiserdan for the hospitality! Of course I was partial to the 71 and 73 FST’s.

I’ll be visiting Cruiser Valhalla in early March. So frigging excited. Oh and to answer the post question. Finally finished the rain gutter thingy, took a long time to get the fit correct. Put a coat of primer on it so there’s some paint between it and the fiberglass

I finished re-installing my radiator with all new hoses and a heater union pipe (so hopefully working heat now 🤞), and figured I’d center my steering wheel and diagnose my intermittent horn.
I pulled the horn button off to find a very, very loose steering wheel nut!

Tuned up my carburetor linkage, the bushing in the torque rod bracket that mounts to the cowl had failed and was essentially gone. Before hitting the deck for some higher priced parts I decided to invest a couple of bucks at the hardware store for a rubber grommet and a steel bushing. Shout out to @MatthewMcD for the plastic door bushing.

Does your horn work? And the ONLY reason I ask is because am missing something on my 67 to make the horn work...I added an auxiliary horn button ...

Finished up the refresh on the cooling system today. Replaced the radiator, union pipe, shims, heater valve, water pump, thermostat, coolant hoses and coolant. Flushed the heater core and cleaned the coolant overflow bottle. While I was in there I took off the lower splash shields, battery tray, radiator support bracket and a few other small brackets for miscellaneous lines got them sanded down and then primed and painted with some chassis paint. Hopefully won’t have to worry about the cooling system for a while. 👍

The PO warned the aux tank was hard to fill, and the gauge senders were wired backwards. It helps if the tank vent is not capped off. I got that stuff sorted today with new fuel filters to replace the gucky ones (my granddaughters favorite word). Took it for a 40 mile test spin. Beautiful day!

My horn did work, but seemingly only when my 5 yr old son presses it.

In the video, there should be a large plate washer after the split washer, but someone installed it after the spring. I’ll put it together tomorrow to test it for consistency and report back with images.
