I am planning on getting this, how do you like it and is there good spots to mount inverter and stuff?

I am very pleased with the quality and design of Andy and Kyle's product! And working with them to modify my design was a joy. My homemade fridge slide isn't working as well as I'd hoped, but that's not an ADGU problem, and based on input from the guys, it is much better than an alternative design I had in mind. All in all, I'd happily order from them again!

I don't have an inverter. My Bluetti EB70 currently lives under the second row delete frame near the back of the center console. There is space in front of the drawer under the main panel maybe 4" deep, and I have seen others mount stuff there.

I'm curious how much this vibrates once those pumps get to running, and whether that could lead to fatigue in the main plate. Also I assume the plan is mostly for tire filling/air tool work? Seems this would be prohibitively noisy in the cabin for people running air lockers.

Yeah, just for filling tires and air tool use.

And you are correct, it is pretty flimsy where the compressor is. This is just a rough prototype to check clearances. The next version will have a machined frame behind it like my skids.

I'm also going try to tie into another seat bolt.

I'm in Tomball, it was over 100 F daily for 2 months, and have the full canvas back for 3rd row installed. The velcro on my tailgate is not perfect but does keep the cover in place. When I pull it open to get to the toolboxes, about half the time both sides of the velcro come up with the canvas. It goes right back into place and stays put. If it eventually comes loose I'll look into a better solution. I cleaned it thouroghly prior to install. I have to problem keeping it stuck to the carpet and everywhere else. I do have the full Oz OEM matt on top of it and a fridge sitting on that on the drivers side. My golden rides daily and the Canvas Back keeps it tolerable. I would prefer no carpet in the rig at all. It is covered everywhere with something.

Went very smoothly. Mostly only hampered by the fact that my driveway is the worst place to work on things.
Amazing how well everything fits together.

Flushed and filled the power steering fluid after it got embarrassingly low. Used a hand pump and did the empty, fill, turn back/forth, repeat a bunch of times. Old fluid wasn’t terrible but def wasn’t as nice as the new stuff.

Also topped off the coolant as it was just shy of the low line.

Have you already fixed the valley plate leak? Definitely keep an eye on the coolant level. This is how I caught mine before anything bad happened.

I found a stowaway while performing regular maintenance, we picked this guy up on a recent trip into Wyoming. I know this for a fact because I was able to kill his buddy when airing down after leaving camp one morning, a couple hours later we came face to face through the windshield with his other buddy. I was able to grab him by hand and evict it.

This guy was on the skid plate when I pulled it to access the oil filter. 3 mice from one campsite we stayed at for 2 nights.

Cripes! I speak from experience on this. A minimum of 60" is required between Victor traps in order to prevent a trapped mouse and trap from flying over and springing another trap. 36" or less results in a chain reaction of empty and sprung traps netting only the one trapped mouse.

Nail 6 of those those traps to a 24" long 1x6 about 2 inches apart and you'll trap a bunch.

Not yet, soon hopefully. Has anyone removed the belt on the roof?

I took out the 3rd row middle seat belt assembly tonight.

3 bolts and cutting the belt to get the buckle off was necessary to re-use the trim piece. Took about 10 minutes.

Mine has been gone for several years now. I didn't cut the belt, and still have the trim intact too. Don't remember how I did it though.

Finally picked her back up after 3 full months in the shop. 30k+ in repairs.

Wired up my e-lockers. The axle shop doesn't do wiring, so this part was up to me. Much bigger job than I anticipated, probably a good 6-8 hours. I scratched up the knee panel, might find a replacement. Pretty redneck-fab and I still have some cleaning up to do, but mainly wanted to get everything together enough to test out the lockers. Much to my surprise, everything worked on the first go-around. I suck at wiring

Thanks @grinchy for the lead on CH4x4 mini-switch. The Eaton switches were huge and definitely would not have fit anywhere on the dash. I really wanted to install the switches where the blank is to the left of the entry/kneel button, but there is a whole circuit board behind that spot.
