Sweet! I’m looking at getting that size but was hesitant because there are posts saying you can’t get a 34” tire under there. Mine is 2015, if that makes any difference.
For the record LX swallows that tire easily where LC has problems due to KDSS. I don’t see which version you have..

Added AliExpress console side pockets and ShearComfort seat covers.

My first impression of the side pockets when unboxing was 'obnoxiously cheap'... but they blend in incredibly well and that impression faded. Having storage and decluttering that center stack has been amazing. If I had one remaining nitpick it's the front and back edges -- those hard 90* angles don't blend in well with the gentle curves of the interior.

The seat covers just went on. We'll see how they do in Houston's 100* weather. So far they feel good but also have a slight odor to them -- maybe the backing glue? I'm not sure.

Woof.

Update on my hail damaged 200. For everyone who said PDR can take care of it, well, not so much. My neighbor runs a PDR shop and is really good at it, he came over and looked at the 200 yesterday. He agreed with me, at the very least, new hood and roof skin, as the paint on both got cracked at there's dents on character lines. He was pretty sure the rest of it could get PDR'd but would depend on the skill of the tech. Depending on how much they have to paint and blend into panels, it's possible the entire rig gets painted as it's metallic black. At that point I'd probably have them change the color of it.

Also need new window trim and a new 3rd quarter window as the trim on it is dented and it's part of the window. He thought it was $20k+ of damage. It's getting assessed by insurance this Friday, then going to my body shop for their assessment (which will be far more accurate) the following tuesday. I'm already on the body shops books, as they're out to November already. Hopefully they have a cancellation and I can get it in there earlier.

Sheepskin always stinks until it's aired out for a while. It's really pretty amazing what these covers do for extreme weather comfort.

What covers are those? Keep us posted on how they work for you. Its 108F today, good day to test them out 😄

Added aFe Filter with the Harrop Supercharger. Only thing i need to do to fit is cut the section of the plastic intake to have enough clearance between the throttle body.

Also during the transition from Stage 1 to Stage 2 (80mm pulley & DW 650 Injectors) i end up maxing my stock MAF range with (P0101 error code). The aFe filter conversion eliminated the error.

How does a different air filter change the amount of volume the MAF is seeing? Unless it's more restrictive....

I went with these. Just drove it after it had been (intentionally) sitting in the sun until 1p-ish. The wool was warm but not hot. I touched other surfaces (center armrest, dash*, steering wheel) to compare and they were as hot as expected. The wool also added some softness and padding that was unexpectedly noticeable that'll take some getting used to. It's also nice to not worry about sliding abrasion or dye transfer onto the leather anymore.

I've been wanting to try wool for a while. When I was reading about the Century several years ago, it seemed really interesting that it was made with wool seating. I mean, I respect overlander's opinions, but when you can have anything and have wool instead of leather... that says something. This ridiculous summer seemed a good of a time as any to give it a try.

Seems legit.

* I might need a dash mat, geez. Just need to figure out if I can cut one around my incoming Gamiviti dash mount plate

I would advise verifying the rate that that thing can charge the phone at.

I recently installed an Apple mag-safe puck to charge and hold my phone while driving, and found that anything short of a high-amp usbc charger wouldn’t actually charge the phone. This was using a mag-safe phone case for the record.

Other types may not be as sensitive to power as mag-safe, but these do at least do a great job of locating the devices for optimal conditions to charge.
The mag-safe puck needs 9V and 2,something amps like to give the 15W power

After a good two three years of being annoyed by the AC that it does not keep the settings (always automatic off and on 25Grad C when starting) I thought I'll go after the thing times.
So times the glove box dismantled and first looked to see if the flap opens and closes because when starting the car always very briefly over the OBD an error for 1-2s is to be seen which said something about flap but was not stored anywhere. Turned out that the flap of the air conditioning usually wants to make a calibration drive at startup and someone has previously opened the flap times forcibly which is why the hook jumped from the servo.
So without further ado the flap with force and a screwdriver purely pressed and lo and behold it all works again.

Forgive me my rather poor English

Nice, thanks for the feedback. My thoughts went straight to Toyota Century (still a vehicle left to check off my bucket list) 😄 Please keep us posted long term. I wouldn't mind some additional padding either... my LC seats are certainly not as comfortable/plush as my LS.

Restrictive it could be or the air flow are more even cross the entire section of the tube due to the new filter design against the stock air box. From my non scientific butt dyno feel and the added power is significant. I still need to run the HP tuner Scanner to collect some data with this new setup.

Added power = more flow = the MAF maxed out even more = more codes. So.....
