There is a plastic clip at the front and rear, pry up between the seal and the door. When the clip comes loose, sliding the seal back a little loosened everything up, then just pull up and off.
Use a plastic trim pry tool to keep from scratching the paint.

PERFECT!! Thank you guys.

I shipped my truck out to Denver yesterday to get some love from @nakman (Gamiviti rack with Shadow Awn mounts) and Mike @Bumpitoffroad for a rear bumper and sliders.

Xmas in March! Santa dropped off a dirty red sleigh today... which I promptly drove to the car wash. :) I really like the suspension, what is that? Now on the lookout for some sweet jumps...

Drive that one all you like!

That suspension is the terrain tamer setup from @wardharris

I've only put about 100 miles on it so far, and will report back on impressions once we get some weight in the truck since it is a heavy load suspension and the truck is currently stock.

Many thanks to @nakman for the help - looking forward to the new rack and awning mount!

Updated fire driver's seat extinguisher mount to something more robust after gaijin rightly commented it looked weak. It was weak, as it was really just a wall clasp, which would be way too wimpy in an accident. I added the same style that I used for the extinguisher on my tire carrier, and it is now super solid. Pulled as hard as I could...no budging...and easy removal via the pin.

Not mine but a fun 200 we had in the shop for a couple days this last week. OME BP-51, ARB skids, Air Locker and Compressor. They were so pumped to have a pretty massive makeover on their Land Cruiser. I didn't snag a shot after alignment and the new tires but it gave the owners a giant smile

Fixed my recirculation door this weekend. Ended up using an epoxy to glue the door/hinge directly to the door's actuator arm.

So when the garage is closed and no one's home, what do you think they talk about?

I've heard em before.
-Goes somethin like this:

40 to the 200:
"You sooo round, I need one o them new-fangled GPS thangs just to navigate yo fat ass..."

200 to the 40:
"You soooo flat, square & blocky...my kid thought you was a MineCraft chicken..."

40: "Yo momma so fat, when she drove thru da McDonalds & they had ta call Kentucky Fried for backup..."

200: "Yo momma so skinny...she hang glides under a Dorito..."

And so it goes...
-But they always work it out come TRAIL TIME... :grinpimp::hillbilly:

My work is rough but I learned a lot and had fun doing it. Already thinking about v2!
I like your sliding cutting board idea!

I'm surprised - if you removed the UCA from the steering knuckle and removed the tie rod and stabilizer bar connector - you should have been able to remove the shock assembly without disconnecting the LCA from the steering knuckle. After I did a full Tundra front swap, it was discovered I had a faulty shock assembly and so I had to replace it again...and it went pretty much like the Tough Dog video....but without the cool accent! :hillbilly:

Of course this could have been because I had just rebuilt everything a few weeks earlier - so it was "new" looking and may have come apart easier....
How is the rig riding these days?
