Ended up going with Timbren bump stops since the Perry Parts ones refused to align with the frame holes

For what purpose?

The pedal feels harder in a higher position when pressed. That’s what I was promised, So I decided to give it a try myself. The updated cap is also installed on the LX 600.

Judging by the photo of the old part, it likely did not seal/sit correctly.

That's interesting I didn't even notice the issue with the seal. I need to check that.

I always thought the pedal felt "spongy". Please let us know if the new cap improves the feel.

Our 2nd row design is terrible. The straps to keep the seats up, the amount of space they take, the latches that rattle—there have to be “good” reasons for all these, right?

I have wondered about the fold-forward seats as long as I’ve had my 200.

Best explanation I can come up with is they wanted a full-comfort second row, which will take up a lot of space, but they can’t fold it into the floor because they seem to have worked pretty hard to tuck the frame, fuel tank, transfer case, exhaust and everything else into the belly of the vehicle.

I finally started getting one of the latches squeaking at 235k miles. It’s annoying as hell.
