Did you spray the inside of that fender with anything to stop the rust that was already there? That's such a tricky spot for rust to hide especially when you have the stock bumper. Are there any drain plugs back there? I don't remember there being any. Fiberglass works great!
Yeah I painted rust inhibitor on it after wire wheeling and sanding it heavily. There are drain plugs back there. It wasn’t noticeable at all until the bumper was removed.
 
Tie rod ends, wheel bearings, updated spindles and a birfield rebuild. Not how I expected to spend my Sunday but the truck is sorted now.

Also a bh3d cup holder.

No more vibration, the tie rod end was dead.

Every 30 ish years for a hose isn't too bad.
 
Decided to change the oil after a long stint past my normal 5K interval. Then got underneath to check everything out, grease the u joints and birfs, sway bar bushings were pretty much shot. Ordered some new ones and also gave me a chance to install some thicker beefier brackets on the rear from a formally named company. I can tell the vehicle def feels a little more tighter on the road.
