Finally got to drive my 97! Had it for about a month. But, with busy weekends took a bit to rebuild the knuckles change some fluids. Still have have a list of maintenance to do still.

It does feel great to be back in a cruiser! I've had 2 60 series in the past, really loving the 80.

It sure looks like your lug nuts are loose...it looks like the wheel is moving independently of the hub.
Torqued down to spec. They aren’t moving. I wish it was that easy.

Is the metal on metal sound your jack?

It can either be loose/bad wheel bearings, or loose/bad knuckle bearings or studs/bolts.

I think it’s my jack. I’ll rule out the trunion bearings after I snug the wheel bearings up. Good thinking.

You'll like them. We've got 35s on my wife's 80. Wheeled with them a number of times (and DD it). Some road noise, as to be expected, but not bad.
My 18 year old dailies it. She's been dailying it for 2 years with 35" cooper mud tires. So.road noise won't be a concern.

I forgot pictures but my daughter awapped out the bulbs and all the buttons on the AC unit. Much better

Not sure what that is ?
But my drive way runs to the street, street gutters run to a drain system that goes into the ocean that’s how beach towns are.
I’m an advocate for keeping the ocean water clean 🤷‍♂️ old surfers are just that way😎

I’m sure you understand

Yup giving a **** about the planet is why I won’t buy a hot water pressure washer. Unless you have a place to capture the funk all you are doing is putting it right on the ground with one. Works awesome except all the oil and grease goes right to the ground or the gutters or the creek ect ect ect.

Cheers
