Got to drive the 100 series about 40 miles on dirt roads...... I thought it would be a smoother ride than the 80 series but not really. Although the 80 series had slightly bigger tires at 30 psi and I don't know what psi the 100 series was running. Also got to hang with a best friend, eat some good food, and pick some pine nuts. Awesome weekend for sure!!!!

Churned some dust...

Ordered a complete front and rear axle rebuild kit from cruiser outfitters a year ago. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. About to start but realized It needed new brakes. So I ordered rotors, pads, and calipers. Then I thought why not replace the front axles since they’re pretty cheap on rock auto… started Monday on the rear axles and got both done in 1 day. Fronts took 4 days! But it’s finally done and took it to flagstaff this weekend. Drove so smooth and actually stops.

Which rock auto shafts? I’ve always had good luck with gsp ones in other applications. And was thinking of doing the same.

Did you have to finance the steaks?

Dropped mine off at the shop for crank seal + oil pump seal. They are going to replace the 3 big radiator hoses while they are doing that job. That should fix the major leaks for a while. Still running like a champ.

DEPO smoked LED taillights installed.

I purchased a used EMS exhaust and I'm looking for a coating to cover it. I've reviewed Seymour 316L, Steel-It ($$$$), and Rustoleum Steel-Tech. I'm leaning towards the Seymour for the price, availability, and formulation. The EMS exhaust appears to be 409 stainless and has a few rust spots but nothing awful.

Yeah I think it was the GSP for one side. Both came pre assembled and greased! Made it a lot easier. They looked great too. I didn’t want to have to deal with over driving the inner oil seal and $60 each was totally worth it

I don't have a lot of drive time with them yet, but I think I love them so far. They are very well built.
I've got a friend with a set. The joints? (mounting brackets?) are really well built and feel solid unlike the OEM mounting bracket.
