Worked on an OEM parts shopping list this weekend... and found out that Black Friday Savings promotion (25% discount) started today 11/20 and lasts thru 11/27.

If you're familiar with Toyota Parts Center Online (TPCO) dealers that offer free ground shipping for purchases over $75, some may be participating in the Black Friday Savings promotion.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thankfully I got a set of factory wheels too, They are in ruff shape but ill get them cleaned up and get some decent tires. I'm not a fan of these 4runner wheels.

Another one going together!!! Bored .50mm over and fresh bearing. Decked .006 thousandths for flatness.
There will come a day where I will call upon you.

Count on it.

Ah! Is it not reachable on the right hand drive version?
Not easily no, for some reason the JDM RHD did not have the same cutouts, maybe due to RHD?
Without making the cut for a new opening, the cabin air inlet would be very difficult to reach. Now, the left most side of the new cutout is just barely over the cabin air inlet, much easier access. I blasted it with a coat of rustoleum flat black enamel before leaving town for work, it should be all set by the time I get back and I will get the filter on and everything put back together. However, I spotted some rust on the back of both of the windshield wiper arms, so I will probably use a wire wheel on those, then prime, then flat black enamel. Might as well while they are both off.

The left hand drive can be just barely reached...

I am pretty sure it can be installed without cutting. I sent the first one to a guy to test it out.
The video you sent me of the install made LHD look much more accessible. On the RHD, I could barely even see the cabin filter inlet through the openings in the center and to the right.
