Replaced the ABS pump with a used one from Cruiser Parts, hoping to solve DTC 51, didn't have time to replace the LSPV or bleed the brakes so I'm not sure if it solved the problem or not. Ordered a land tank HD blue fan clutch.

Busy weekend…
Baja squadron pros
LP9s
Switch pro and DELTA mount
GMRS antennae mounted
Rear hatch mount with the Wii boost ant
New turn signal housings
Rosen visors and visor plugs
Amber corners
DS floppy mirror fixed with Whitts end FMF
Replaced the vapor canister which finally cleared my p401 code

And next weekend is the big project…

I really like that useless cubby version. I must have the 1st gen and don't really care for the ball sockets to be horizontal.

same. my balls keep loosening. kept meaning to order one of these, but dragged my heals too long.

F350 Gasser was jealous at the Petro. Lot lizards were scoping her too.

Thanks Man! that hole unit is coming off and swapping for modded Shortbus. It's relegated to DD duty at the moment. When its complete would love to know what ya think.
I have an ARB and want to convert to syn line to save some weight/reduce kinetic risk. Was thinking about an extended/thick fairlead to increase clearance from that "top lip"

I would trade my ARB and a kidney for a shortbus; can't wait to see how yours comes out!

Going to give this unit to a friend that does some heavy lifting and lets me work in the shop.

spoke too soon on the P401 fix. I've replaced all the hoses the EGR valve solenoid, gas cap, vapor canister... anybody have any experience with this? the OBD reader says excessive exhaust gasses could it be the valves?

Did you test the vsv? Did you unplug the through passage or bypass it? Was the egr ufo full of charcoal?

The OBD reader is wrong. A P0401 code (be sure to include all 5 digits) is for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation Insufficient Flow Detected. The FSM procedure will send you down the path of replacing things like the EGR Temperature Sensor, but it is best to focus on the items which provide vacuum to the EGR Valve; the vacuum modulator (UFO), the EGR solenoid (blocks the vacuum from being vented), the hoses and various tube in the intake manifold and throttle body.

There are plenty of threads on how to go about diagnosing the P0401.

yep its vac related. probably ur two vac ports on top of the throttle body are blocked. this messes up the modulator and egr.
