Installed my 4" lift. :D Better pictures once I finish bleeding the brakes, and fix the driver side rear window (my son was playing with it and it fell off track). In garage pictures make it look stock, lol.

edit: added pictures of it outside next to my wife's Grand Caravan. the 285/75R16s don't look to be cutting it anymore, and looks like i might need a wider stance. but so far so good.

Went to pull the axles out a few inches so I could remove my rear third member so I could get a rear air locker installed, had a flange stud/nut that wanted to be a real McAsshole. Ended up welding the nut to the stud and removing the stud and all. Luckily the stud came out without being galled up, extra studs and cone washers are on the way from Cruiser Outfitters ($8 a piece for 1 stud, washer, nut, and cone washer :bang:) can’t speak enough about the professionalism with those guys, one guy happened to be in the office almost an hour after closing time and I got my order in. And regardless of who answers the phone they know exactly what you need or can get exactly what you need. A+ on being the go to dudes

Belts, hoses, coolant, and oil. She's my daily and I broke one of the alternator/water pump belts Thursday,

so I took it as a sign that Dr T was telling me to stop being stupid and do some maintenance.

The hoses were a lot rougher than I expected.

But the new OEM stuff was soooooooo nice. (Got the hoses and clamps from Wits End BTW...)

It helps to have a second set of strong hands in there, my son is 16 and has eyes on the Cruiser for himself...

All that done, we managed to break the bypass nipple off (:bang:) while we were replacing the shroud. SO I'm tapping it today til I replace the rad in a few weeks. Got to spend some money on the wife's (:princess:) rig first. It is always something

Do yourself a solid and stick with OEM hose clamps not constant torques on hoses. ask how I know.

They do not go all the way back behind the 2rd row seats as I left 20cm for electronics and battery no. 3 & 4:

Man ever since you posted this I have been back and forth with TD trying to get a new spring not in yellow. My RTC only did a year on my truck and the spring is peeling, flaking and rusting it still works fine but I need to figure out how to strip and repaint. and you know how much fun that spring is to deal with.

Subject to change ... I know exactly what you mean! I finally decided to go just below the rear speaker so I can open the little box in the wall without issue. On top the 37kg frige extension and of course the fridge itself will be mounted. And all the booze in there adds some additional mass too, so I had to make sure the whole thing is "heavy duty" enough. This is version 2 of the set up :)

Ah and I didnt go for Lithium but AGM. Why? Because I wanted full redundancy with my two starter batteries in case SHTF - 24V Diesel Starter here ;)

@RFB What is your experience with the constant torque clamps? I have been running them for afew months now from @NLXTACY. So far so good.

Thanks

everytime weather changed up they would leak, OEM from @NLXTACY dont. I use CT clamps on shcoks ressie snorkel but no longer on hoses.

Lithium batteries? I assume you mean lithium ion batteries? Not only they are spendy as hell but I’m a little worried about long term safety when stored and charged inside without active thermal management. Especially at automobile battery size.

What length slides did you go with and where did you get them? This is next on my list

I got 750mm and bought em at teleskopschienen24.de - wanted accuride, but they cost about a house! these cheaper locking ones are ok so far for a fraction of the price.
