It's my wife's truck. The Metaltech sliders and 4x4 Labs rear bumper are also purple. The springs are pink and the backing plates are yellow. Her decorating, not mine.

I rescued one from an ignominious life. My goal is to do a little fixing and reconditioning, then sell it (see the for sale section, it's already posted.) But my wonderful wife is already trying to figure out how we can sell the '09 Accord that we are upside down in and keep the '92. I have a great wife.

I dont think it will be that bad (famous last word LOL) I did a couple miles of Chuckwalla and some very steep loose section one section pictured above. Not a place you want trouble so Im researching the remaining trail on Google earth for piece of mind.

Solo travel out there is certain death in the summer if anything catastrophic should leave you without wheels/com. Next time you're in the area hit me up as I'm not too far away. :cool:

It can be quite frightening seeing what ends up where in a roll over. One of the reasons I think those 'baby on board' plaques originally became popular.

Exactly, Im from Phoenix and worked outside most of my life so Im 100% on top of heat.
Do you know the trails Im looking to run?

Just fixed a shaky mirror. The passenger mirror wiggled and wabbled as it traveled down the road. So, I researched and read. The YouTube video was really helpful.

So, removed the mirror.

So then I used the "wire and heat" method. Instead of a coat hanger, I used a finishing nail.

If I remember correctly the skid plate is the coup de grâce?

What is the mount on the driver side of the bumper? Hammock mount?
