The PO of my truck siliconed the rear windows shut to solve the leaks.:bang:

I finally got around to stripping them down and replacing the rubber runs and inner and outer sweeps, lubing the tracks, etc. I replaced the front window motors along with all the rubber parts up there too. Now I don't have to do the two hand lift/switch maneuver on my driver's window.

While I was in there, I stripped the limo tint from the front windows. It will be nice to be able to see at night!

Speaking of seeing, thanks to @beno for helping me fix my shaky mirror.

I tried all the $2 fixes I've seen on Mud (JBWeld, zip ties, foam stuffed behind the glass) but the plastic parts were just too far gone.

And last but not least I test-fitted my York OBA bracket from @NLXTACY . Pro tip: use one of the two-pulley Yorks like #68020. Thanks to Summit for letting me return an open box containing the wrong one!

Subtle reminder to clean your sunroof gutters, occasionally.

I got to sit in a puddle this morning.

Did you end up buying a whole new mirror? I am in the market for a whole new one and wanted to know where you bought it from and did you paint it?

Brakes...again. Napa calipers. I use ebc yellows. They don't last that long but they bite like crazy. New fox 2.0s.

I ordered these two months ago! Finally showed up on the slow boat from China! Thanks to @LandCruiserPhil for sharing a set he had on the shelf so I could save the money!

I recommend ordering them if you haven't replaced your sensors already. Have them at the ready.

Knock sensors?

Just watched Badland Off Road Adventures give Mike Brewer a lesson in driving in a bright red FZJ80 on Wheeler Dealers. Mike and Ed were building a HUMVEE camper. Pretty cool. Was reading MUD at the time, after checking in om our LX450 project.
