Another beautiful beach day with the 80. Photos have been properly censored to keep the moderators happy and to not offend the members here that are bothered by what is probably the most common piece of apparel worn at any beach, lake, or pool across the country.

What better way to top off a day at the beach then with some spicey grilled shrimp!

Midriff still visible. Reported.

Yeah, that size is pretty common. It's when you get into bigger sizes that some shops have difficulties. What'd ya end up going with?
Thanks!
Falken WildPeak AT3 - got a nice deal on Discount Tire's ebay page, $100 of a $400 or higher purchase. I still need 1 more tire for my spare but they didn't seem to have 1 more so I'll pick that up next week or the week after.

I saw them on a local 80 that was at a Friday night event at the local raceway and liked the way they looked, so I started looking them up. They were priced well and have what I'm looking for.

This is my first time in the 4x4 world, so these are my first AT tires along with everything else. It's funny the similarities and differences between on and off road particulars.

Now you managed to offend me. I can't stand red blocks.

I stepped on one of my kid's red lego blocks and it completely incapacitated me. These red blocks are causing a PTSD flash back. ;)

Members have been complaining???? WTF!!!

I think it was FORMER members. They were offended by a person wearing a bikini. They said it was "Porn". Seriously. I can't even with these people.

Thanks!

Welcome to the Mud community! Glad to see you're starting to build the rig up a little bit and post up your progress. These things are really an incredible specimen with how much they can do and excel at.

Good looking tires too. I read a review on them not too long ago, and while biased because it was completely sponsored by Falken, they look to have really upped their game with the release of this tire and their mud tire.

After you get some mileage on them, you'll have to post a review of them.

Praying this is a joke Jen?

I'll tell you snitches the same thing I tell my staff of 70 people, "i can't tell you the last time I was offended."

Guess we gotta start a "trigger word, or trigger picture" thread of things that are offensive.

They're painted camo, that's why you can't see them.

Thank you! This site has been a huge help in some of the things that I've done so far and plan to do.

I must say, once the cruiser was back on her own tires and off of the jack stands with a functional front 3rd member, and I was able to drive around, I fell in love instantly. What a polarizing difference from my car, obviously. But for a 22 year old behemoth, with questionable maintenance past, and living its life in the NJ/PA area, it runs and drives like butter. The frame is in great shape, and I haven't run into a terribly frustrating bolt yet.

I will definitely review the tires as soon as I do have some miles on them.

I plan to start a build-ish thread but want to get some more things PM wise done. Also, I'm bad at taking pictures during because I'm so focused on the task, but I'll try.
