The early 60 Series version is live on my web shop right now. The late 60 and 62 version should be up hopefully by the end of next week. Of course Toyota changed the seat mounting bolts halfway through the run of 60s so I had to design the thing twice.
Found a 6 foot awning on Marketplace for dirt cheap. Haven't actually pulled it out yet on the truck. Just got it mounted.
This and last weekend I got my spring bushings replaced, not as bad a job as expected. The worst of it was removing the oversized gas tank, 45 gallon or so tank with about 10 gallons in it. I was able to do it myself with the help of an engine hoist. Did the front last week and the difference was amazing, they were way overdue. I’ll see tomorrow if the rears make as much difference.

Installed the battery cable kit from @Fourrunner. Super easy install and well worth it. My 60 came with an aftermarket stainless battery tray so the stabilizing arm presented some challenges with the fender mounting but I’ve found a temporary tweak. Not sure how I’ll mod that. Crazy how fast it cranked over on a cold day. Highly recommend this kit.
Picked up my first 60 this weekend. Really enjoyed cruising around town this weekend, so much fun to drive. Just needs a little loving inside and out. Going to be a great project for me as most the mechanical/suspension and underneath have been properly taken care of by the PO. Will drain all fluids and refresh. About to start tearing down the interior and giving it a good cleaning, sound deaden and new carpet. She needs a few other interior bits as well such as a new parking brake assembly (on its way), seat belts, new driver seat foam and covers on the seats. I'm sure I'll discover more as I go, but all in all she's ready to enjoy.
I had to remove my Man-A-Fre 38 gallon tank that had about 15 gallons in it, best advice I can give is to buy a cheap siphon and stick it into the filler neck hole on the tank and transfer as much gas as you can into gas jugs.
Then buy a cheap HF transmission jack and it makes removing the tank a breeze. I can remove mine and re-install it by myself in about two hours, moving slowly and drinking beer as I go.
Installed a set of White Knuckle sliders. 20 years too late for the passenger side rocker panel 
. I hung the sliders off the roof rack and mirror with paracord to position and attach them. Dealing with the spacers for the fuel and brake lines was the worst, not that it was difficult just that that inner frame rail and the lines were caked with dried mud, sand, oil, and dirt.
WK kit comes with all the stuff needed to mount the sliders and space the lines. Bolts included for spacing the lines are 8x1.25 but with 13 mm head. I replaced these bolts with one from an Overland Metric kit which 12 mm heads.

Started a project that i have been putting off for months because it is horrible. Ripped out my old disgusting carpet, cleaned and sanitized the floor, and putting down sound deadener, closed cell foam, and MLV. Then finally installing the @dnp carpet kit thats been in my spare bedroom for over a year. Got the floor finished with the stick on stuff. Foam/MLV and carpet is tomorrow.
I swapped my 60 to the fj62 shifter and have had a hole in my carpet for the past 6 months. Will be nice to have a good looking carpet in there for a change.
Don’t get an unobstructed view of your dash very often. Pretty cool.

We used lizardskin on my floor after pulling the carpet (and on the door interiors). I'm wondering how much more/less effective that foam is compared to lizardskin.
And am overall still curious (since I haven't yet been able to drive my truck, post-lizardskin install) how much less noisy the truck will be at highway speeds.

I think the Lizard Skin is comprable to doing the stick on stuff I did but with much much better coverage. You could still probably go back and add the foam/vinyl over the top for even more sound deadening
Dang man, you nailed it on yours. Any tips for the shifter holes? I want to install my shifter boots like you did, over the metal ring, but under the rubber boot skirt
Thanks! For the shifter holes, remove both sticks and lay in the carpet. Once in place, cut the holes using the metal edge as the guide. Remove the carpet and install the sticks and boots. Then put in the carpet and pull rubber boots through into place.
Finished up a 3 week project, this is what I have to show for it.....
C-Channels, all fuel/vent lines.... nice to feel Some confidence that a fuel line isn't going to let go and burn her up.

What’s the story with that center console? I should probably know what it is, but I don’t recognize it. I like the cup holder.
