What rear seat cover is that? Looks like it fits really well.
They are slip covers from Spector Off-road. Pricey but worth it.

Started a project that i have been putting off for months because it is horrible. Ripped out my old disgusting carpet, cleaned and sanitized the floor, and putting down sound deadener, closed cell foam, and MLV. Then finally installing the @dnp carpet kit thats been in my spare bedroom for over a year. Got the floor finished with the stick on stuff. Foam/MLV and carpet is tomorrow.

I swapped my 60 to the fj62 shifter and have had a hole in my carpet for the past 6 months. Will be nice to have a good looking carpet in there for a change.

Don’t get an unobstructed view of your dash very often. Pretty cool.

What brand of Foam/MLV is that? Looks amazing!

Avoid the MLV on the wheel wells. It completely throws off the carpet kit and makes it a rather large pain. I've almost wrapped my install up and I've got just the front piece left. We're going to have single digit temps where I am for a couple days and I'll finish up afterwards.

Also, that silver seam tape is not worth your time. I’ve removed most of what’s in this photo.

Made milkshakes in my valve cover.

got one side locking hub apart, cleaned up n checked for issues-none, greased yesterday. n re-installed this evening, smooth as silk sliding off your lady's shoulders. i'll get after the driver's side tomorrow evening. damn i'm glad i've got the factory manuals, apart n re-assembled with no ado😎

Finished this out. The sound deadening is definitely worth it. My door rubber seals are now whats making the most noise inside the truck... along with the whine from my transfer case adapter. Its way quieter in here now.

Trans tunnel is a little lumpy on the carpet because I put down butyl, foam, MLV, and kept the jute in place for the most sound deadening i could possibly get. I still need to put the sound deadening into the 4 doors, but already did the cargo panel areas. This is an absurdly rough job but i was able to knock it all out in 2.5 days and its a noticeable decrease in noise inside of the truck.

I need to rip everything out of mine again and add the MLV. I currently have cheap rubber shop mat laid over knockoff dynamat, and with my noisy diesel and 35" mud tires I can barely hear the radio or have a conversation in my rig...

I try haha.

The early 60 Series version is live on my web shop right now. The late 60 and 62 version should be up hopefully by the end of next week. Of course Toyota changed the seat mounting bolts halfway through the run of 60s so I had to design the thing twice.
That would be nice in a 70 series, if it fits.

Got a 70? If you get some free time I’d love a photo of the front seat mounting bolts. I might be able to tell if it’ll work from that.

the luxury liner pro stuff really does work really well. Its not like a 2025 vehicle in here by any means but its waaay nicer than it was

Did you use the carpeted liners that come in the kit? Do you have photos of how it looks where the front of the wheel wells meet the rear passenger area? That whole corner at the edge of the rear doors gave me trouble. My carpet isn't quite wide enough it at the reinforced seam to go fully to the edge of the truck.

I decided to keep the jute on the carpet for the extra padding but I may have to remove it to get it to sit right.

Carpeted liners? do you mean the Jute on the fabric? Or the carpeted wheel wells? If youre talking about the carpeted wheel wells, i tried to use those but my razor slipped when cutting one and i ruined it. Im kinda devastated becasue i REALLY wanted to use them and you cant just order the wheel wells. you have to order the whole kit to get them.

These arent the best pics, but i stopped the MLV right before the floor slopes down for where the trough is to run the wires by the pinch welds. I kinda sacrificed some sound deadening in that area but i have a lot of wires in those areas between the aux power i have running to the back of the truck, speaker wires, etc.

I filled in the large gaps after this pic was taken

I'll have to take a picture of what I mean, I'm not describing it well it seems. I'll add a picture when I get home tonight.

As far as the carpeted wheel wells, I had trouble making them fit well with the added size of the MLV. They also weren't long enough front to rear to fully cover the floor for my use case. Those issues aside the carpet kit was great for me.
