If I get my price, I'll pay off the last of my student loans and finish up the 45. Which, is what I wanted to do with the proceeds from the mill when I had it for sale. I ended up trading Nick for the buggy, which was kind of a detour from the main path.

And, now the buyer says he has no way to come and get it and wants it moved to Akron Ohio. I'm thinking $.50/mile both ways. ~$260

and .50 a mile both ways is fair. If he doesn't think it is, he can find something cheaper. There are only a few hundred transport companies in Elkhart.
