Hey guys,
Just joined the forum, been lurking around checking out all the trailer builds.....

Awesome!
You guys are doing some pretty amazing work.

I have noticed a lot of people new to welding, struggling with welding, and even some incorrect advice here and there. So.....

If anyone is interested in help or advice, I started a thread in "Tools and Fabrication" titled "Welding Tips and Help".

A little background...I am a boilermaker and welding is a huge part of what I do for a living. I have been welding for around 18 years. MIG, TIG, Stick. Mild steel, Stainless steel, a few exotics.

So if you have any questions feel free to jump over to the thread and ask away. I am eager to help. I don't know it all, but I know a few things.

Anyway, great things going on here, and you have inspired me to do my own trailer. Thanks for all the ideas and I look forward to getting to know you all, and hope I can help you out as much as I am sure you will be helping me!

As being one of those who struggled (and far from out of the woods) in the beginning, your offer is greatly appreciated. I relied on the goodness of strangers, and a couple of guys really came through with some spot on tips.

Thank you for your offer!

Thanks for joining in and the offer is well accepted I am sure. Worked at Edison as a boiler maker apprentice, gave it up due to the drive from the Inland Empire to the ocean every single day. I know our level of ability and our knowledge will be appreciated.
