Welder/ Welding Reccomendations?

I am about to get a set of weld-on rock sliders for the 4runner, and I was wondering if anyone can give me a reference to a local welding shop or local person qualified to do the welding?

I have heard that when welding onto a truck frame there are special considerations, but I'm not sure what they are.
