Converted my 24v Warn 8274 to a 12v to fit the new truck

Selling motor with 24v windings and complete 24v solenoid pack and controller

Only requires bearing (available from warn) and 2 ga grounding wire (+) is supplied with the above

I have a question for you.
I’ve Had a 8274 (brand new) on my truck for 3-4 years and have only used it once. While using the remote in runs out, and recoiled as it should, but I cant pull the “T” handle on the side out which allows it to free spool. What the hell is wrong with it?

Sounds like tight gearing try it when it's winching in or out and has almost stopped, but not quite.

Mine was usually the other way, harder to get back in.
