Wanting to put an ILTTORA together (1 Viewer)

Anybody up for one? I know there is not a lot of wheeling to be had around here but I think we can make something work if we get some participation. I will do some legwork on getting a sight together and going through the proper channels. I am hoping to do more of a central IL type group so that more people have a chance to meet up and turn wrenches, camp, whatever. I'd also like to get a group together that doesn't mind moving a lot of pavement to get to some good trails.

Me on the other hand, I like getting together and making convoy trips, taking over camp grounds etc.

I say go for it. You probably wont get much interest from Gumby or me. (I wont speak for others)

But dont let us anti-social crab ass's stop you. There are alot of locals that im sure would be into it. Id start talking to the fjc guys. There is a large group of them that seem to be lacking organization, and a group of vets to help them cut their teeth on local trails, since the trail team ended.

I posted here, the INttora, and Pirate. I am also in the BSLCA and really liked all of the get togethers, drinking, wrenching, etc. If this doesn't work out, I will probably just join the IN guys.

It didn't go under completely. It's here. We do all that stuff without the meetings and Roberts rules of order and officers and some people doing all the work and feeling unappreciated.

Getting together is fine. We've done that in the past. Making it official and giving it a name seems like just an excuse to make stickers.

that being said it comes up often enough that if you make it happen you will probably get some folks to get involved.
