Hi all-
I have a '81 bj42 3b diesel and need a glow plug relay (24v). Anybody got one?

BJ60's were 12

hj60's were 24.....

also depends on where in the world you are located. There is geograpical differences too.

Is this a simple two wires for the coil and two main wires relay?

If so , I don't have my FSM here handy, but if you went into a trucking center of farm outlet you could buy a heavy duty relay from them.

Any relay would work(24v version) as long as it is above the required amp range. You would have to cut the wires off the connector for the stock one and crimp on ring connectors.

Just a thought. But someone here may have a serviceable used one.
