Wanted - '86 short wheelbase pickup bed

I'm trying to helpp one of my coworkers out. He is looking for a clean or reasonable clean bed for an '86 SWB pickup. His has rust through in several areas of the bed floor.

I figure with the stuff some of you guys find there should be something usable out there.

Well unfortunately it is starting it's process of rusting through

I sorta figured as much but sometimes you all surprise me.

They do exist, but not in the midwest! You have to go to CA or the SW US. I've seen them in decent shape for as little as $100. 1st problem is getting them back here, 2nd is once here, they don't last long. Another option is a fiberglass replacment from these guys www.toyotafiberglass.com. Not cheap, but won't rust

He did mention that his wife gave the ok to buy a new Taco but he's a cheap SOB so we'll see what happens. I guess between the rust and the half million miles she's ready for it to go down the road.
