I've decided to use the 80 to tow my mini and since I got rid of my hitch several years ago, I need to locate another one. Anyone got one they want to get rid of? Hoping I might find one local so I could avoid the $$ for shipping.

Thanks

Bob, you might check with Molle on a stock hitch. When I added one to my 100, I should have gone to Toyota as theirs included both the hitch and wiring harness. I ended up buying a aftermarket hitch and the OEM wiring harness for more $$. Granted, the OEM harness is a flat-4, whereas you'll need to run a 5th wire if you have electric trailer brakes.

Thanks, Chris. I'll check with them, however I still have the wiring harness, so I shouldn't need that.

I've got one, I just don't know if I want to get rid of it or not. I don't tow anything, nor do I see ever needing to.

I don't have an aftermarket rear bumper yet and I would rather smack the hitch against the ground/rocks instead of rear frame crossmember.

If my worries about frame damage are unfounded, then I'll part with the hitch.

As much as I would like to have the hitch, I would recommend leaving it on as long as you're running the stock bumper. Makes a nice skid plate. :D Anyway, I think I've located one in Colorado (assuming shipping doesn't kill the deal).

Bob,

I have succesfully used this company for shipping big/heavy stuff.
They seemed to be cheapest at the time and way cheaper than freight.
Two things about them:
1) you have to drop-off/pick-up at their terminal (in KC it's by the KCI airport)
2) they have limited number of locations, so you need to check with the sender whether he has one nearby

Thanks,
Sebastian

Sebastian - I used them before as well. Unfortunately, the nearest terminal is in Denver and the shipper is in Colorado Springs.

Mike - I have a FedEx account as well. Thanks for the offer, tho

Bob I have one. You have a PM.
