Is there a difference in voltage regulators between alternators and generators?
I am looking to pick up a few voltage regulators for my 1964 fj, but most of them that say they are compatible with my year also something like "Fits 1958-9/72 FJ40/45 with Alternator'.
Like the ones on SOR.
