Currently working on planning a uwharrie camping trip with my parents sometime early April. I know the club has the cleanup with ONSC in March but I wont make that. Anyone is welcome to join us we are still just working on planning right now. This will also be my first trip to uwharrie so any advice on what trails are good for beginner-intermediate and camping spots are appreciated.

Stay off the “d” trails till warmed up and ready.

In order of increasing difficulty.

Arrowhead is nice but close quarters. Free camping on the trails but succeptable late night 2stroke passes.

Art Lilley Campground can be another alternative. It's similar to the free trail sites, but may be a little less susceptible to those late night passes.
