Jeremy ( Prophecy) is stuck bad down at the 71st & Hydraulic along the big ditch in a mud rut.

He either needs someone with a winch or that can hook up and pull him out or something.

I would help him but have NO sick leave left to use and am on my way out the door to go to work from 9 to 6:30 am.

If you can help him, call him ASAP at 316-990-2371.

If anyone on here will look at this, you might call Jeremy before heading out there. My wife is on her way in the family 4-Runner with a strap and some tools. Dont know if she will be successful at getting him out or not.

Who is a god send?

Aaron and especially his WIFE, oh my....... She came out there and put the 4Runner to work. I would have been leaving a lx450 out there to camp for the night :crybaby: if it were not for her and the Runner. She can do some wheelin, her and that Runner where just flying through everything. :bounce:

All I can say about the two of them is, Very nice people, good folks to have around.

THANK YOU Aaron and family, I owe you big time.

Jeremy

Jeremy,

No problem man. Glad we could help you out. Just wish I could have been the one to show up. My wife has a little wheelin experience under her belt.

We do have your pliers. Heather said you left them in her Runner. I will try to get them back to you soon. I may try to get them to you this Saturday at your get together thingy.

Glad you got outta there.

LOL, somebody needs MTs, don't they Kris ;)

Glad to hear you got out okay, and good thing Aaron's wife has a cape to swoop down and help others. So did you leave your running boards down there (one less thing to do this weekend)?

Jeremy,

Shoot me a PM with your address and times you will be working on your rig. I will most likely not be able to stay a long time as I have a family thing going on with the outlaws but will bring your pliers over if I can.

Aaron

Yeah MT's would be nice.

Problem is I'm stuck in my decission, I want the Nitto Terra Grapplers 315/75/16's but I don't think they will fit on stock height. With 1" body lift they should be ok for the time being, Or do I go with the 2.5" lift? To many things to get at one time, I want it all, but need to make sure to keep some money in the piggy bank in case of emergency.

Thanks again to FatAzzRunner and his wife.

No rush on the pliers, I have 3 more pairs of them. But please come get a burger, the kids are more then welcome.

Skip the body lift and just get the OME 2.5" heavy or medium kit from Slee.

Also, you might want to ditch the damage multiplier before you hit something and it jacks up your hood, fenders, etc...

My $.02

I know of a NIB 2.5" lift that's available right now, as a matter of fact. I also suggest it over the body lift - more bang for your buck.
How much???

I need a lift too, I think I'm just going to piece it together to help ease the sting to the wallet.

run the 2.5" heavy kit with L shocks, a 1" spacer up front, 2" bumpstop in rear and the 1" body lift and you can run 36s with little rubbing in the rear at full travel. I don't have any pics yet but my new tires went on yesterday for test fitting and other than needing to address the rear panhard so far so good. The real test will be next weekend.

Nothing like swampers in the AM, rattle your kidneys and teeth until they warm up.

I have a set of 73 & 74 series OME shocks that were only on for one year for thise interested in saving a few $$.

Last I checked 4x4Connection was having a sale on OME stuff.

Oh yeah one more thing Jeremy, you really need some mud tires or a winch or both since the mud tires will get you more stuck.:D

depends on your definition of fun. When I was young and dumb swampers were great on the road now they rattle my teeth and sound like the Enola Gay is flying right over the truck. Once they are warm they are surprisingly decent. I do get an intermitant vibe ~35mph but other than that they have been smooth. We'll see after two+ hours on the way to Tuttle.
