Added some members rigs for Brett Bickel, DBENKE, Glenn from LexTech, Mike Jones, Pete Lee, , Zach Abraham and Sean Selk who is our California Member.

If you dont see your rig and you are a member of the Lowcountry Land Cruisers...or you want a better picture or updated picture...just send them to lowcountrylandcruisers@gmail.com and I will get them up the next time I update the page.

Will be migrating to new server soon so this may be last update for a bit depending on how smooth it transpires. LOL

Wish me luck...

Brock

PS...looking for pics from Jason Corley, Justin Tyrrell, Keith Ramsdall and a couple other new members that recently identified themselves past couple weeks...such as the sweet FJ60 from James Island and the camo FJ40 down near Beaufort.

Cool, that gives us 22 members.
Thanks for updating, Ron.

I think we have 24 officially but they just joined...the guy on James Island on introduction thread with gold/champagne FJ60....and then our Beaufort guy with the camo FJ40. We got 22 at a minimum.... Everyone that is a paid member is now represented except as mentioned above in the Members Rigs section. :D :D

Congrats to us for less than a year of work.....:D

Nobody bumped you out of the club....you have not paid your membership dues since the 2007-2008 membership that expired in September 2008. We have some that have never been a member so all those that were not members still after all this time were removed from the website. Nothing personal just how we determined to differentiate between members and those that are not for whatever reason of their own.

Members get picture on MEMBERS RIGS, our new window sticker for Lowcountry Land Cruisers, and participation in HAMOM's.

Please contact the Upstate Cruiser Membership Director or Treasurer if you feel there is an error. I checked yours and everyone else that is a semi-regular on here twice plus have sent emails and posted comments here for regulars to remind them about membership dues, updating personal information on UC website, joining TLCA and other club related information.

Membership dues are renewed every September and pro-rated throughout the year. $15 for single membership and I believe now it is only $10 due to time of year. Hope to see your name added to the membership roster so I can put you back up on the Members Rigs on the website Belmont.

Swell.....I emailed you - attached a pic of my 62 so you could add it...

Thanks Jim...as for your question...there is no special reason some are at top and some are at bottom. It does it alphabetically by either description or file name I think...cant remember right now.

I just migrated it to a new server last night owned by UC....I need to find time to do some major work on it and get things fixed that were not possible under current setup and will look at posting by MEMBER SINCE dates like American Express. :grinpimp:

I just got email from Marshall and he is contacting the UC Officers to work it out and have you added to the roster as he is one that took the money during BOIL.

If possible try to get another email address whether GMAIL or other that you can check weekly or at least bi-weekly as many emails and reminders have been sent since December about membership dues, club events, stickers, tshirts, photos for members rigs, etc and without a response I think you are satisfied or just ignoring me. I think most believe the level of info I send out on IH8MUD on top of email reminders is borderline spam LOL.

Yet another reason to keep your membership information updated on the UC website as well...so the most accurate contact info is available for items of this scope.

Updated website ONE LAST TIME...LOL Put BELMONT back in Members Rigs and tried a different order for display of images.

Migrated it over to the UC server again, removed previous versions, made sure everything matched the originals.

Now for an assessment on work required to make it look pretty again before we go live.....or whether I will need to rebuild it from scratch which is where I am leaning...might be long weekend. :D :D

At least I will be able to now have pages for our wheeling and other events as well as member rigs.

Maybe I will just go ape s*** and surprise you all.....but someone may need to learn some web skills to take over for me in a year so I have more time and can get back to kicking the dog, cussing the neighbors, and being a crotchety a******. :D :D

Okay, for the next few weeks you may notice some things on our website dont work....if anyone goes there that is LOL. It is fully operational now but when we make it live on new site a couple banner pics and the slideshow function might not work as they are proprietory to GoDaddy....might be some others like counter and such.

So I am rebuilding it from scratch...and adding to its contents immeasurably..whereas the current is 5 pages and the new one is already at 37 pages. The new one will show all of our past events with pictures and a description...plus member rigs...plus Trail Guids, maps, information about Tread Lightly, BRC, Upper Tellico Study, etc. The Lowcountry Boil will have its own section for last year and already got marker for this year :). I have a page dedicated to a corporate sponsor....working on getting someone to put there LOL.

I am not sure how it is going to look overall but want to use more photographs from members rigs than before.....while keeping the familiarity of current web recognizable. It may take a few weeks for me to get it all done...worked 6 hours last night on overall layout and the home page.

Thanks for your patience and hopefully it will be worthy of the club. If anyone has anything specific they did not like and has a constructive idea of change I am open to it......if there is something you wish it had that currently does not exist then let me know that as well.

I am learning as I go as I have never done any of this before now...so wish me luck. hahahahaha

One thing I have thought of is a MEMBER OF THE MONTH where we have pic of member and their rig...with a short bio of rig build and owner. What are your thoughts? I might be able to make them all up front....given everyone does not mind submitting some general information to be determined.....and then have them to automatically change at certain date or I can just change when I do updates...or whomever becomes the webmaster at later date....instead of webnovice as now is the case :D

Thanks again...
